Food Review: Bishamon Sapporo Ramen
The Place Tucked at a corner in Funan IT mall, Bishamon is a Sapporo Ramen eatery which has various outlets in Singapore. I happened to discover this place from the Standard Chartered Bank Good Life App as they were having a promotion. The Ramen scene in Singapore has been extremely competitive as we have seen a huge increase in the number of Ramen establishments over the past 2 years.
The Food My main craving was Ramen but it is always welcoming to order some sides and add more variety to the meal. I had the Agedashi Tofu ($4.40) and Salmon Special Roll ($11.80) for sides, which was nothing much to shout about as the standard is average.

For my Ramen, I had the Stamina Shoyu Ramen ($14.80) which is basically Shoyu base served with thick yellow noodles and half boiled eggs. It is not too bad for a choice as the portion is huge, with generous servings of the sliced cha shu (pork loin).
Another Ramen we managed to try is the Tonkotsu Kogashi Negi Ramen ($14.20) which is basically thin noodles in pork broth base coupled with generous servings of sliced cha shu (pork belly). Half boiled eggs ($2) can be added if you want.
Will I return again? Maybe, if there are similar dining or credit card promotions in future.
