The landing of the 2 Pandas, Jia Jia & Kai Kai at 820 am in Changi Airport has got the press all ready to capture the Panda moment.

The opening of the SQ Boeing 747 Cargo head is met with huge anticipation nationwide.

Finally the first glimpse of the crates housing Jia Jia & Kai Kai is revealed. Much care is taken to ensure that the 2 VIPs’ (Very Important Panda) safety is of the utmost importance.

“Singapore Welcomes Kai Kai & Jia Jia”

The final preparation to ensure that the Pandas land on ground safely after a gruelling 16 hours journey by land and air from Chengdu, Sichuan China.

A final glimpse of the Panda at Changi Airport. The 2 Pandas are now residing safely and getting accustomed to their new home at the River Safari Singapore!
