Finally a farmer’s market opens in Singapore to much anticipation – Pasarbella. Well, not that the produce are from local farmers though, the market is a sort of a gathering of traders and merchants in Singapore. Located at The Grandstand, it is having its soft launch on the 4th and 5th May 2013, with opening hours expected to vary between the 30 stores mainly between 930am to 7pm daily.

Key highlights of Pasarbella includes the Huber’s Deli (picture this: sizzling European-style hot dogs from Dempsey, complete with a butchery!), Oceans of Seafood (imagine this: olden days fishmonger’s haven) and the local favourite The 1872 Clipper Tea (sip this: iced tea topped with tea infused ice cream from the first Clipper Tea’s standing tea bar).
