5 On 25 At Andaz Singapore Reopens With Exquisite New Dishes
The Cantonese restaurant in Singapore introduces new dishes after a slight revamp in their space and one of the highlights on the menu for me is the 5 On 25 Cantonese Style Roasted Cage-Free Cherry Valley Duck (sourced regionally from Johor in Malaysia) served with a table side Maotai Flambe, where the duck skin is crispy and delicious. The Double-boiled Grouper Soup with fish maw and wolfberries is as nourishing and tasty as it sounds, while the Beetroot Fried Rice with Hokkaido Scallops served in a mini claypot is a good carb dish to add along.
