Food Review: Intervals Sky Bar & Restaurant At Hong Kong Airport | Complimentary Set Menu & Drink For Priority Pass Holders

The Place Technically not a lounge but more of a restaurant and bar, if you are passing through Hong Kong International Airport and have some time to kill, Intervals Sky Bar & Restaurant is an excellent spot to unwind before your flight especially if you are a Priority Pass holder. Located in Terminal 1, this elevated bar offers a refreshing break from the usual airport hustle and an awesome spot for some plane spotting.

Intervals is located at the Skybridge area, where access can be found between Gates 12 & 24 at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1. At the entrance is a bar counter seating area, and there are two semi-private seating booths as you walk deeper into the space.

The design of Intervals Sky Bar is sleek and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the airport’s runways and the distant cityscape. The ambiance strikes a balance between chic and relaxed, making it suitable for both business travelers and vacationers.

Access Opening hours are 7am to 11.30pm daily, and access is available to Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeKey members. Do note that Intervals is classified as a restaurant, not an airport lounge, and therefore those with Priority Pass memberships issued by American Express will not be able to visit.

The Food The bar offers a diverse menu that includes both Western and Asian dishes. From gourmet sandwiches and salads to more substantial meals, the food quality is decent for an airport setting. Priority Pass holders can redeem a set menu and a complimentary drink.

The drink selection features a variety of cocktails, wines, and craft beers.

Rants Prices at Intervals Sky Bar are on the higher side, which is expected given its airport location and the premium setting.

Overall Experience For a different way to utilize your Priority Pass perks, this is one to check out. The best part for me is the elevated view of HKIA and some runway gazing, in ample natural light setting. If you want a dining spot to kill time while waiting for your flight in HKIA, this spot is worth checking out.
