The Folks is a specialty coffee and breakfast chain in Lisbon, established in May 2022. In just two years, they’ve expanded to five locations across the city. The Folks is known for its exceptional specialty coffee, crafted in collaboration with DAK Coffee Roasters from the Netherlands. Each café offers a cozy atmosphere, with unique features like the Alfama location’s summer terrace under a tree’s shade and the Sé café’s view of the iconic Sé Monastery.
