Food Review: Vinflow Wine Bar & Bistro At Keong Saik Road | Unlimited Flow Of Wines On Tap With Hearty Dishes
The Place Vinflow is redefining the wine bar experience in Singapore. Tucked away along Keong Saik Street, the new wine bar and bistro restaurant is a spacious shophouse space located a few doors down from Olivia Restaurant. The concept of Vinflow is for diners to explore wine at their own pace, as there are 32 varied wines on tap for diners to explore and taste.

The interior of Vinflow is modern and spacious, with table arrangements to suit different dining group sizes. The lighting is atmospheric to say the least.

The Food The highlight and USP of Vinflow lies in its innovative self-pour concept. Here, you are handed a wristband that lets you serve yourself from a wall featuring 32 wines on tap — a curated range that includes both well-established and up-and-coming varieties.

Red or wine, you choose what you feel like trying. The pricing is flexible: a two-hour tasting for S$59 lets you sample unlimited 40 ml pours, where some of the premium wines are valued at up to S$150 a bottle.

While wine is the highlight, the food menu also features dishes which complements the wine. Dishes to expect include Grilled tiger prawns, slow-cooked king salmon, grilled octopus, and chili crab croquettes.
Some starters I had include the Cauliflower (S$15) where the Grilled Cauliflower is glazed with soy garlic and served with puff quinoa.

The homemade Duck Rillette (S$18) with cornichons and silver onion goes with the baguette as a spread.

An easy snack to have with the wine is the Chilli Crab Croquette (S$16) with chili bechamel, citrus aioli and ikura.

For protein, the Slow Cooked King Salmon (S$26) with fennel citrus slaw is topped with Assam curry foam and marinated ikura.

Carbs wise, I had the Thai Basil Mussel Pasta (S$26) which is a generous portion of Reginette pasta topped with mussels, pork and Thai basil.

Overall, I would say the food options and quality are decent for the price point.
Rants I could do away with the purple neon lights which is quite distracting for me.
Will I Return Again? The casual ambience makes this a space to enjoy a range of wines and decent food without the stiffness or formality often associated with wine bars. If you are looking for a casual spot to hang out, Vinflow is worth checking out.
