Violet Oon Singapore  
Violet Oon Party Trays is convenient for a Peranakan theme home party. It is ideal for intimate gatherings or festive parties, where each tray comes in a sturdy box. We love their Dry Laksa tray where the portion feeds about 8-10 pax at least, and we also recommend their DIY Kueh Pie Tee which comes with generous portions of the Kueh Pie Tee shells along with condiments which are packed nicely. Alternatively, the Shepherd’s Pie will not go wrong either.

88 Hong Kong Roast Meat Specialist  
This is my go-to spot if I need to get some meats for home parties. With their flagship outlet in Lavender, their signature meats are the tender and glistening Char Siu, Sio Bak (Cripsy Pork Belly) and their Roast Duck. My favourites are the Char Siu and Sio Bak and I must say that these meats still taste good even after a few hours, which is ideal for hosting guests if your home gathering lasts the whole night.

Oh Mak Gua 
Our go to for Homemade Nonya Kueh. Freshly prepared with no preservatives, Oh Mak Gua is run by Ruth who has a passion for making Peranankan kuehs. Some of our favourites are the Lueh Salat, Kueh Kosui and if you love durian, there is also Durian putugal. Each order comes in a nice box which makes it easy for guests to help themselves to the delicious kuehs.

Kway Guan Huat Joo Chiat Popiah 
Great for Pooiah parties, this is an old school name in Joo Chiat with over 80 years of history where you can order online for their signature Popiah where it makes their own popiah skin. Their popiah skins is made the traditional way which follows a family recipe handed down from their forefathers in Fujian province, China. Other than Popiah, there is also DIY Kueh Pie Tee set and others.
