Food Review: Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck Restaurant
The Place Located at level 5 of Paragon shopping mall is Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck Restaurant, one of the many branches of the Imperial Treasure Group which specialises in Peking Duck. The restaurant has a posh interior divided into a few dining areas. Reservations are a must, especially if you are sure to order the Peking Duck as there is limited supply daily.
The Food I headed here with the sole aim of having the Peking Duck. There is only an option for a whole Peking Duck ($68), which might be too much to stomach for a couple. As per the usual Peking Duck fashion of serving, the duck was presented before us and then carved skillfully by the chef.
For the remaining duck meat, you can choose to fry it with Bee Hoon or Fried Noodle (Ee mian) or simply have the meat chopped and served.
We chose to wrap the Peking Duck skin ourselves, which I think is a more interesting experience.

Will I return again? Absolutely. This is easily one of the best Peking Duck I have had in Singapore. A must try at least once.
