What’s the hype? The brand new Surf & Turf at Edge in Pan Pacific Singapore every Tuesday night will be a paradise for land and sea food lovers.

The highlights There are several newly crafted dishes such as the Torched Wagyu Beef with Salmon Chirashi, and Spicy Beef Bulgogi Pizza with Shrimps. One other highlight is the mobile food cart where you get to enjoy a plated dish of premium 24-hour Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib topped with Seared Hokkaido Scallops. If you fancy something local, go for the a la minute Wok-fried Fish Noodles with Roasted Pork and Yellow Chives.
