Since 1988, Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore has been dishing our authentic Italian fare in Singapore, starting from a humble first outlet at Bukit Timah. Many of us would have dine in its various branches, and admittedly was one of my favourite restaurant when I caught my movies at Shaw Theatres Lido at their now-defunct outlet in the mall.

What’s happening? We received an email on a possible collaboration opportunity with Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore to be part of a meaningful project last month, and honoured we were indeed. This project will see proceeds go to a student at the Saint Claire School for Special Education as financial assistance for 2017. The assistance will be disbursed on a monthly basis to the beneficiary and his/her family.

So how are the Pandas involved? We actually curated a pasta for their Influencer’s Choice Menu, with help from the restaurant’s Group Executive Chef Angelo Sergio of course! Named Sapori Della Terra (S$23.50), Italian for Earthy Flavours, the pasta will be available from 1st November to 31st December 2016 at all Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore outlets! We were inspired to create this pasta as we wanted to go back to the basic earthy ingredients, including Mushrooms and Asparagus. We strongly believe that, whatever the circumstances of every individual’s life, we always seek to do our best in our daily endeavours.

The pasta, Sapori Della Terra, is prepared with mushroom stuffed Panzerotti, cream tossed with Parmesan Cheese, Asparagus and Porcini Mushrooms. Make sure you give us your support while visiting the restaurant in the next 2 months, and also lend your support in a special way to the student at Saint Claire School for Special Education too!

When and Where can we enjoy these new creations? The Influencer’s Choice Menu will be available from 1st November to 31st December, at all 3 Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore outlets in Bukit Timah, Boat Quay and East Coast.
