Joyden Canton 
The latest to open in the heart of Orchard Road at Shaw House is the few weeks old Joyden Canton, the second outlet by the Joyden Concepts with its first outlet at HillV2 in the west. The 140-seater restaurant at Shaw House has an oriental setting like most mid-range Cantonese restaurants. Joyden Canton has an interesting menu which sets it apart from other Cantonese restaurants in the same market segment. Muse Amuse
Located along South Bridge Road close to Maxwell Food Centre is a relatively new dining and bar concept Muse Amuse, managed by The Carbon Collective. The three-storey restaurant is more than just a restaurant – with a bar at the back end and an event space at level two. There is no particular cuisine which dominates the menu and concept at Muse Amuse. A treat of the New Summer Menu at Basilico
Executive Chef Luca Beccalli of Basilico has introduced the award winning Italian restaurant’s Summer (June 20 to September 25) Menu, with notable highlights such as the Green Peas and Marjoram Risotto with Cured Cod Fish Cream and the Chitarra-style Spaghetti with Tuscan Extra Virgin Oil, garlic and Tiger Prawns served over Basil emulsion, a Southern Italy classic dish.
The Autumn Menu will be available from September 26 to January 1, and include highlights such as Chestnut Gnocchi Sautéed in Butter and Sage with Pumpkin Veloute and Shredded Duck Leg, and the Lobster Medallions with Black Eye Beans.

Oscar’s Supercharged Sunday Brunch now Recharged
The buffet restaurant at Conrad Centennial Singapore has revamped its Sunday brunch offerings from June 2017, with a new outdoor charcoal BBQ where you can have your grilled lobsters and beefs all prepared a la minute by the Chef.
