There are two distinct experiences, Weekday Afternoon Tea which is a three-tier presentation blending British tradition with Asian flair, featuring delicate pastries, savoury bites, and a curated selection of premium teas; and a more lavish Weekend High Tea Buffet which showcases a spread of Western and Asian delicacies, including local specialties, paired with artisanal teas and champagne, served in two seatings. The Tea Room At The St. Regis Singapore 
Located at the lobby right beside Astor Grill, the new space of Tea Room is much more inviting than what I remember it to be as it is less dim for one. The Tea Room’s new Summer Garden Afternoon Tea (S$65 per person) ritual begins with a glass of Copenhagen sparkling tea and choice of coffee or tea, brewed tableside by a tea sommelier. Ginger.Lily At Hilton Singapore Orchard
Located on level five in Hilton Singapore Orchard,  Ginger.Lily is a botanical-inspired lobby lounge and bar in the heart of the elegant hotel lobby. The format of the afternoon tea is through a journey style where it typically starts with a welcome drink, starters, followed by the various sweets and savoury items presented in a story book design.

Capella Singapore
Hosted at Tanah Merah I, one of two restored Tanah Merah colonial bungalows dating back to the 1880s, the Afternoon Tea at Capella subtly draws inspiration from Sentosa’s lesser-known history as a pineapple plantation. Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., this is also Capella Singapore’sfirst official Afternoon Tea experience. Expect a curated selection of savoury bites and artisanal pastries, complemented by freshly baked scones, premium teas, and optional Champagne and caviar pairings. Highlights from the menu include Pineapple Sorbet with Lemongrass Consommé and Lime Cremeux; Brittany Blue Lobster Roll with Cocktail Sauce; Blueberry Religieuse with Mascarpone Chantilly and freshly baked artisanal scones served with Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream and house-made pineapple jam. The curated tea programme features Capella Singapore’s Signature White Peony and Melon tea alongside classic selections such as Jade Sword, Earl Grey, and Chrysanthemum tea. Afternoon Tea at Capella Singapore is priced at S$88++ per person and S$44++ per child (12 years and under).

Lobby Lounge At Mandarin Oriental Singapore 
If you love a thematic afternoon tea, this is one gorgeous to check out. The Shanghai Tang-themed afternoon tea experience at the Lobby Lounge in Mandarin Oriental Singapore is a harmonious blend of floral elegance and Oriental allure. The curated ensemble of sweet and savoury delights takes on layers of floral essence and citrus notes with highlights like the Jade Roll, a refreshing celtuce infused with osmanthus, and the Moonlit Zest, a cocoa nib choux with zesty marmalade orange confit. Moonlit Afternoon Tea is available daily from 1pm to 5pm at Lobby Lounge from now till 31 October 2025.

One Ninety Bar At Four Seasons Hotel Singapore
Located at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, One Ninety Bar is the space to enjoy afternoon tea in the day as well which has a botanical theme outdoor dining space. It often runs different themes throughout the year, such as Korean and Japanese. You can expect an exquisite presentation here, with good quality savoury and sweet bites. The scones are amongst one of the best in town.
