Food Review: Fiesta [Closed]
The Place There are many restaurants within Resorts World Sentosa and Fiesta happens to located in Festive Hotel, offering Brazilian cuisine. I have heard about the Brazilian buffet ($58++) here and hence I decided to check it out. I happened to be at Fiesta on a Friday night and it is a bonus that there is a live band performing in the restaurant at night. Apart from the well-spaced interior seats, there is also an option to dine at the outdoor sheltered dining area just beside the swimming pool of Festive Hotel.
The Food The dinner buffet selection is a mix of Japanese, Brazilian and Chinese cuisine where the most extensive spread is no doubt the Brazilian fare. Do not expect any Sashimi as it is not served here; there is various Sushis instead. For the Brazilian fare, there is Beef/Steak, Lamb, freshly BBQ Prawns, Seafood and Pork/Chicken Sausages, just to name a few. I will let the pictures do the talking.

Sirloin Steak
The desserts selection is quite limited though. There is the usual Chocolate Fountain and Cakes to choose from, as well as ice-cream.
Will I return again? Maybe. On the whole, I think the buffet standard is decent but definitely not one of the best buffets around.

Seriously? This must have been an invited tasting because I visited this buffet a few months ago and it was hands-down the worst buffet I have ever been to in my 5 years in Singapore.

This is not an invites tasting session, and TheRantingPanda does acknowledge in our post that it is not one of the best buffets around and that the dessert selection is pretty limited as well. Taste is subjective and we do not feel that it is that bad, simply because we have come across worst ones. nonetheless, thank you for your feedback!
