What’s New: Wednesdays and Thursdays are always a prelude to the weekend for me. If you love to unwind at a spot with unlimited beverages and some good tapas style bites, Chihuly Lounge at the The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore has launched The Aperitivo Tradition from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, exclusively on every Wednesdays and Thursdays. I really love the pearl white ceiling here at Ritz-Carlton, especially after my last visit to Colony previously.

The Highlights: Expect a range of Italian antipasti such as Iberico Chorizo on Toast with Pickled Onion, Tomato Bruschetta, Hickory Salmon with Caviar Cream, Prosciutto Melon, Charcuterie Platter and a whole selection of cheeses.

The Iberico Chorizo on Toast with Pickled Onion is easily one of my favourites here.

The good thing about tapas style is that you can indulge in a variety of dishes without feeling too full.

For beverages, there is a good range of options such as Cocktails (Aperol Spritz, Americano, Negroni, Bellini), White Wines (Ruffino Pinot Grigio, Soave Classico) and Red Wines (Ponte d’Oro Capsularosa, Piccini Rosso Toscana).

The Damage: The Aperitivo Tradition is priced at S55++ per adult.
