Snippets: Best Restaurants With A View in Singapore | Wine and Dine With The City Skyline

With a city skyline that Singapore has, it is not unusual for diners to select restaurants with a view of the city, especially for momentous occasions. Whilst many rooftop bars such as 1 Altitude at One Raffles Place and Mr Stork at Andaz Singapore gets you the view of our splendid city skyline while sipping on your favourite cocktails, nothing beats soaking in the view while enjoying a lovely meal.

Artemis Grill & Sky Bar
Located at the top of CapitaGreen, Artemis serves up contemporary Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and a sky bar boasting views of Singapore’s skyline from level 40 of the relatively new commercial building in Raffles Place. At 197 meters, look up at the red-coloured petal-like structure, which actually helps to draw the wind and fresh air into the building!

Faber Peak Singapore
Perhaps one of the more unique locations on this list, Faber Peak complex sits at the top of Mt Faber at the southern tip of Singapore. From here, you can soak in views of the city skyline and Sentosa island at Arbora Hilltop Dining or Dusk Restaurant & Bar. For an unique dining experience, hop on the Cable Car for a 4-course dinner up in the sky, which makes three loops on the cable car line between Mt Faber to Sentosa Island.

Fifty Raffles Place
A multi-concept dining located on Level 45 of Singapore Land Tower at Raffles Place has something for your everyday’s mood. If you fancy a fresh oyster and champagne, head over to Angie’s Oyster Bar, otherwise you can find your Mexican tacos at Lower East Side 45. For a more formal setting, Sear Steakhouse will fit the bill, and if you are just looking to sip your wine while admiring at the beauty of Singapore’s skyline, Empire Sky Lounge will do the trick. Jaan By Kirk Westaway
The only Michelin-starred restaurant on this list, Jaan by Kirk Westaway is the pride of the Raffles City development in Singapore. Perched at the top of Swissôtel The Stamford, Jaan has been awarded the coveted one Michelin star every year since the award’s inception in the city since 2016. Head here with the special one for a special day, or just find an excuse to dine here, Chef Kirk Westaway has not disappointed with our visits since. (Read more here…)

Level 33
Since coming onboard, Chef ArChan has transformed Level 33 beyond it being the world’s highest urban microbrewery. With a revamped three concepts in one, the Dining Room, Social and Terrace, you get to come up to Level 33 for different reasons – to dine, to network and to chill. The beer here needs no selling, but it is the ContemBrewery cuisine at the Dining Room which you should visit for; with a view of Singapore’s city skyline no less. (Read more here…)

Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant
The only Chinese restaurant on this list, make sure you head up to Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant if you have not, since you might not have the chance after 2027, or earlier. With the Tanjong Pagar and Keppel terminals moving out soon, this long established restaurant might not be here for long either. Head up for authentic Cantonese cuisine, and enjoy the 360 degree views as the restaurant rotates at a not-so-giddy pace. (Read more here…)

Salt Grill & Sky Bar
Located along the shopping belt in Singapore, Salt Grill & Sky Bar is located at the top of ION Orchard, the tallest building in the city outside of the Marina Bay and Tanjong Pagar business district. Showcasing contemporary Australian cuisine, Salt Grill is the perfect rooftop restaurant as it comes with a high ceiling and ample natural light throughout the restaurant. You get to enjoy views of the entire business district from here.

Skai
Another dining concept perched at the top of Swissôtel The Stamford, Skai opened in 2018 after the hotel renovated and rebranded its top floor dining concepts, which also include Skai Bar and Bar Rouge Singapore. Focusing on contemporary grills, Skai offers a sweeping view of the entire Marina Bay, from views of the Marina Centre vicinity on the left, to the Raffles Place city skyline on the right. Skai definitely offers one of the best views of Singapore city on this list of restaurants. (Review Coming Soon…)

Spago Dining Room by Wolfgang Puck
A concept by Wolfgang Puck, Spago is amongst the celebrity chefs’ restaurants at the renowned Marina Bay Sands. From here, you get views of the world famous Infinity Pool (where more people take selfies than to swim) with the Singapore city skyline as its backdrop. (Read more here…)

Stellar at 1 Altitude
1 Altitude is the highest dining and drinking destination in the city. At 280 meters, you get to drink your beer at the 360-degree alfresco bar, dance at Altimate, and eat at Stellar. By the team behind 1 Group, trust them with upping the ante in dining experience as seen in their other dining concepts around the island, including The Summerhouse at Seletar, Botanico at Botanic Garden and the multi-concept Alkaff Mansion. Vue
The newest restaurant on this list, Vue sits at the top of OUE Bayfront, right at the edge of Raffles Place. From here, you get unblocked views of the entire Marina Bay vicinity despite the relatively short building in comparison with the others on the list. Zafferano Italian Restaurant & Lounge
If Italian food is your choice, Zafferano will be the restaurant for you. Located at the top of Ocean Financial Centre, this is another dining concept with a 360 degree view of the city.
