What’s Buzzing? A limited time collaboration comes to Tiffin Room in Raffles Hotel Singapore. Available from 25 February to 10 March 2021 for both lunch and dinner, the specially created Tiffin Room x Samy’s Curry menu brings to the table Indian cuisines from different regions of India.
What To Expect? Flavours from North Indian cuisine by Tiffin Room from the use of the tandoor, to flavourful dishes from South Indian cuisine from Samy’s Curry, which features a unique blend of spices infused with every dish, especially fresh seafood due to its proximity to coastal regions.
Starters to expect include Tandoori Prawn and Tulsi Mahi Tikka by Tiffin Room, along with Samy’s Curry favourites like Mysore Mutton, Chicken Masala, and Fish Curry, made with the institution’s distinctive spice blend.
Some of Tiffin Room’s signatures like the Scallops Curry, Lamb Briyani, and Tiffin Dal Makhani are also spotted on this menu.
My personal favourites are the Chicken Masala from Samy’s Curry and the Scallops Curry from Tiffin Room.
There is also an all-vegetarian option of the Tiffin Room x Samy’s Curry menu is also available for both lunch and dinner. The Lunch and Dinner Set Menu is priced at S$78++ per guest, while the Vegetarian Set Menu is at S$68++ per guest.
