Food Review: Seng Hoe Fish Ball Minced Meat Noodle At Marine Terrace & Food Centre | Delicious Bak Chor Mee In Marine Parade
The Place Marine Terrace Market & Food Centre is a small hawker centre in Marine Parade which is constantly packed whenever I visit. One particular corner stall is very popular for its Bak Chor Mee, and that is Seng Hoe Fish Ball Minced Meat Noodle. The food centre comprises mainly four rows of stalls and there are just two stalls selling minced meat noodles if I am not wrong.

The Food I tried Seng Hoe Fish Ball Minced Meat Noodle on a weekday lunch when the queue was quite decent, and I ordered the small portion of Mee Pok Dry (S$4.50). I must commend on how efficient the team was, as there were two people cooking the noodles in an almost machinery fashion. Not complaining, as it really shortens the waiting time.

Despite being the smallest portion, it is a generous portion of noodles along with ingredients like minced pork, meatballs, fishballs, mushrooms and sliced pork.

I love the noodles which spot a springy texture, and the overall flavour of the noodles is very tasty from the mix of some chilli sauce along with vinegar.

I also particularly like the springy fishballs and the delicious soft sliced mushrooms.
Rants It can be quite difficult to get a seat at this hawker centre on weekends and expect long wait times.
Will I Return Again? Overall, this is one of the best Bak Chor Mee I have had in Marine Parade so far. Good value and tasty, it is a stall I will be back.
