The Place Originated from the USA, Pizzeria Mozza Singapore has been opened for a while but its popularity does not seem to wane with time. As its first and only Asian outlet outside of the USA, the restaurant is helmed by highly acclaimed chefs and has won numerous prestigious culinary accolades. Not surprisingly, this has got to be the restaurant that serves the best pizza in Singapore in my humble opinion.

The seating capacity of the restaurant is pretty limited and it is normal be on the waiting list during peak hours. Reservations are highly recommended to avoid a disappointment. I will recommend snagging the seats at the bar counter for an interesting view of how the pizzas are made from its dough and prepared the traditional way over the wood burning brick oven.

The Food There is a long list of pizza flavours to choose from the menu as well as starters and other mains. As the menu is largely in Italian names, it is best to consult the service staff on the descriptions of the dish you plan to order if it baffles you.
For me, I absolutely love the complimentary snacks served before your food arrives. The crispy bread sticks are truly addictive like chips!
For starters, I had the Wings Diavola ($18) which is essentially Buffalo Wings. Even though it is kinda pricey for just 3 pieces of wings, the quality justifies the price. The wings are well marinated in herbs and spring onion, not to mention that it is pretty huge for each piece as well.
For our pizza, we had the Funghi Pizza ($30) which is topped generously with mushrooms. The waiting time for the made from scratch pizza can be up to 30-45 minutes long, but it is all worthwhile when the pizza arrives. I cannot emphasize enough how good the pizza is as you have to try it yourself to feel my contained excitement. In essence, the mushrooms are very well done, the thickness of the pizza is just right while the pizza dough is delicious from all the brick-made oven style cooking.
Rants The above average prices is a big rant from myself as this is the only stumbling block from almost making it my weekly staple.

Will I return again? Did I mention at the start that this is arguably the best pizza in Singapore in my opinion? The answer is obvious.
