Food Review: Edge @ Pan Pacific Singapore | Best dinner buffet ever

The Place I think I have found the best buffet in Singapore, Edge at Pan Pacific. It has been one of the highly anticipated buffet for me and I never look back since the night I finally tried it. The layout of Edge is very inviting and cosy, as we were ushered down the long corridor to our table. I like the lighting of the whole place which makes it very comfortable to dine in, as well as the layout of the tables which ensures there is decent privacy. And what gets me most excited is how BIG the whole restaurant is!

There are seven major “islands” here, where the cuisine is distinctly divided into Chinese, Malay, Indian, Thai, Japanese, the signature “Pacific Cuisines” and also our very own local Singaporean food such as Laksa and Wanton Mee. I have not seen such a wide spread for a long time in a buffet since The Line.

The Food I would recommend taking a stroll around all the different food islands to recce first before attacking on the food because there is just so much your stomach can take. Some of the dishes already caught my eye on my first glimpse, such as the Wagyu Beef, the Sashimi corner, the Crayfish with curry, Sirloin Steak, pizza and sausage stations as well as the desserts corner.

There is no dish that truly disappointed me, I shall let the pictures do all the talking:

Rants
If I ever need to rant on anything from Edge, I need to rant on every other restaurant in Singapore.

Will I Return Again? Edge is definitely one of the best buffets I have tried in Singapore and it is a no brainer for my soul to want to return again. The food quality is consistent even though there is such a wide selection. More often that not, I always notice restaurants compromising on food quality with the wider variety they offer but they are missing the point. So glad that Edge is the fine exception.
