This contest runs from 1 April to 28 June 2015.The highlight of the crab buffet this time is the ‘Crab in a Pan’, which consist of a whole crab, prawns, clams, mussels, corn and sausages, with your choice from three types of European sauces. It is a generous portion, so dig in with your hands and enjoy the feast with a group of people.
Other noteworthy crab dishes include the Chilli crab, Salted Egg Yolk crab, Butter crab and Curry crab, with my favourite being the Chilli crab. The butter crab is not as buttery as I like it to be, while the salted egg yolk crab lacks the strong flavour I expect.
Other than crabs, there is also a small Japanese corner with some sushi and sashimi.
Rants Some hits and misses on the crab flavours even though the flavours are wide.
Will I Return Again? Given that it is a buffet, do not expect the best crab quality being served. Nonetheless, there is a good variety here but I would much prefer to get my crab craving fixed at a seafood restaurant anytime.
