What Panda say: Injecting local flavours to the buffet spread is a timely theme this SG50 season. This buffet is probably worthwhile if you really love seafood as it is the predominant element.

What’s the deal: From 1 April to 30 December 2015, Edge’s Golden Mondays presents guests aged 50 years and above with 20% savings on Monday dinners, priced at S$68 per adult.

Buffet Highlights: Do not miss the live seafood station with oysters and cold crabs, as well as the local delights and sashimi station. If you have a sweet tooth, it is also wise to check out the dessert section before the start of the buffet to gauge how much space you need to save for it. It has one of the most comprehensive dessert buffet spread in town – highlights include the chocolate fondue, gourmet pralines, ice-cream counter and waffle counter. (tRP’s review)
What Panda say: It would be better if the promotion is targeted at a wider audience. There are also too many other conditions to fulfill, such that it might be better going for its Saturday Makan Makan buffet or the seafood nights on Wednesday and Thursday.

What’s the deal: From 1 August to 31 August 2015, enjoy 50% off food and beverage bill in a single receipt with at least one diner age 50 years and above in the dining party. This is valid for up to 8 persons per bill on the dinner and Sunday brunch. In addition, 50% off beverage bill applies to all non-alcoholic drinks, house pour wines and Tiger Beer.

What Panda say: This is the most value for money SG50 hotel buffet promotion this season in our opinion. Theoretically, you just need one diner above 50 years old and you enjoy 50% off for a party of 8. The next family or class reunion gathering spot sounds like a ultra good plan. The best part is that Triple Three is one of those above average hotel buffets in terms of ambience, quality and spread in my opinion.
