The Place: At The St. Regis Singapore, LaBrezza is the specialty Italian restaurant of the hotel which showcases Italian specialties from various regions of Italy. Located at the same level as the swimming pool, the Italian restaurant has a relaxing ambience, especially if you choose to dine at the poolside terrace.
What’s On: There is a special theme dinner every Wednesday and Thursday night, with Chef Luca Moioli’s pasta creations on Wednesdays or risotto specialties on Thursdays. This is ideal if you like a variety of mains but do not wish to over order. Simply choose four out of six choices of pasta or risotto, which will be served over two courses in a duo of tasting portions. This is available from 7pm to 10pm, priced at S$48++ per person.
The Highlights: The Pasta Parade on Wednesday evenings features the delectable Venetian-style bigoli pasta served with pan-seared foie gras, Strigoli Pasta served with Homemade Basil Pesto served with grilled Hokkaido Scallop, Tagliolini Pasta with Boston lobster, Linguine Pasta with Clams and Baby Zucchini, Paccheri Pasta filled with Kurobuta Pork Cheek or the Ravioli filled with Beef, Prosciutto, Amaretti Biscuit and Raisin.
On Thursday evenings, choose from the wide flavours of risotto specialties such as the Risotto with Fresh Herbs, Boston Lobster and Candied Lemon Zest and the Beetroot Risotto with Gorgonzola Cheese. Other options include the Porcini Mushroom Risotto with Braised Quail and Char-grilled Mushrooms, Black Squid Ink with Tempura Oyster, Parmesan Cheese Risotto with Pan-seared Foie Gras or the Carnaroli Risotto with Pumpkin and Muscovy Duck Ragout.
