The restaurant: Helmed by Chef-Owner Seita Nakahara, we have been largely impressed with Terra since its opening last November 2015. Chef Seita’s forte is his use of fresh and seasonal ingredients to showcase Tokyo-Italian cuisine.
What’s new: From now until the end of February, Chef Seita’s Omakase will showcase winter flavours through ingredients such as Hokkaido sea urchin, Salfutu scallops, signature Scampi, Kagoshima Wagyu Beef, Hokkaido Mussels and Botan Abi prawn, highlighted through the various omakase sets at $128++, $168++ and $208++ per person. At an additional $88++, a wine pairing can be tailored by Terra’s Sommelier Sho.
Chef Seita’s Omakase is available for lunch from 12 noon to 3 pm (last order at 2 pm); and dinner from 6.30 pm to 11 pm (10 pm last order).
