Time flies, and with much discussion and debate amongst fellow foodies on the Michelin Guide 2016, it has come a full circle as we have seen the recent announcement of the 2017 results. With a total of 45 Stars awarded to 38 restaurants in Singapore, including 11 newly awarded one Michelin starred establishments, and a further 38 establishments were given the honour of the Bib Gourmand distinctions. Of course, it’s not all happiness for some, with 2 restaurants losing their coveted stars and another 5 establishments losing their Bib Gourmand distinctions.
