Singapore – There are quite a couple of hotels in Singapore with good delivery and takeaway deals during this circuit breaker period, and here is a list of some of the hotel offerings if you have lost all inspiration to cook at home.

The St. Regis Singapore
Sunday Brunch at home? The St. Regis Brunch: A Home Edition is specially curated during this CB period by the chefs at Brasserie Les Saveurs, where you can enjoy an elaborate brunch experience in the comfort of your home. From cold entrées such as Crab Salad with Celeriac Remoulade and Baby Radish, Smoked Salmon with Green Asparagus and Yoghurt Cream, to mains like Beef Sirloin with Roasted Potatoes and Carrots, and ending off with desserts such as Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Tartlet.

Priced from S$156 nett for two persons, each brunch set includes a selection of starters, choice of mains and a spread of desserts and juices. The Family Set is ideal for two adults and two children and is priced at S$238 nett, with option to add on additional persons. There is also an option to add on a R de Ruinart Brut Champagne at S$78 nett. These sets are available for pre-order during the week, and for delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. Other à la minute takeaway dishes are also available for order online from Brasserie Les Saveurs, LaBrezza and Yan Ting.

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore
The hotel launched its gourmet takeaways in late April featuring some of Jade Signatures and Fullerton Specials. Jade Signatures include the likes of Traditional-Style Sauteed Boston Lobster, Roasted Duck, Steamed Chilean Seabass, Simmered Ee-Fu Noodles and Jade Sauteed Chicken; while Fullerton Specials include the Fullerton Hainanese Chicken Rice and Beef Rendang. All the dishes we tried from the selection are amazingly delicious. These are available for pick up via drive-through at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore or for delivery in Singapore.

InterContinental Singapore
You can now enjoy Chinese dishes from Man Fu Yuan or afternoon tea treats from The Lobby Lounge at InterContinental Singapore. We tried a mix of dishes from Man Fu Yuan such as the Trio Platter of Signature SMoked Duck, Barbecued Duroc Pork Belly & Braised Corn-Fed “Yuen” Chicken, along with others like the Braised Ee-Fu Noodles and Braised Eggplant with Minced Pork.

Mandarin Orchard
Chatter Box is offering a 50% off its specialty menu, which is an awesome promotion. Goodwood Park Hotel
From now till 4 May, takeaways and deliveries are available from Coffee Lounge, Min Jiang, Min Jiang at Dempsey, and The Deli at Goodwood Park Hotel. For Coffee Lounge, specially created value-for-money takeaway/delivery Taiwan Porridge bento boxes are priced at S$12.85 nett; whereas for Min Jiang, dim sum menu is available for both lunch and dinner. For orders within the same restaurant, there is a 3-for-2 main course takeaway offer (not valid for delivery orders) from Coffee Lounge, Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey. It is also possible for cross-outlet delivery orders across other dining concepts like The Deli as well.

Fairmont Singapore
Prego’s classic Italian dishes are now available for takeaways or island-wide deliveries! With a menu that takes after Chef Mauro Sanna’s Sicilian heritage, Prego’s takeaway menu boasts wood-fired pizzas and handcrafted pastas. Recommendations include the Rustica for pizza, which comprises of  tomato sauce and mozzarella base with homemade Italian sausages, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and capsicum. For pasta, try the ‘Capelli d’Angelo’ all’Astice which features angel hair spaghetti with Maine lobster, San Marzano tomatoes, parsley and chilli.

Skirt’s Grandma’s Beef Ribs is delicious. It is good for sharing for two, and it comes with 2 ribs inclusive of 2 add-ons at S$78, where we chose the mac & cheese and the truffle fries. The beef ribs is slow-cooked for 16-hours, and is a recipe passed down to Chef Paolo Sanapo, Executive Chef of W Singapore, from his Grandma. Each order of the beef ribs also comes Skirt’s house-made focaccia bread and signature sauce in a bottle. Other dishes we had were the Charred Sweetcorn Ravioli (S$24) and Tomato Burrata Salad (S$18). Enjoy free islandwide delivery on your entire cart with any order of beef ribs. Alternatively, there is free islandwide delivery with minimum spend of S$180 (If you do not order the beef ribs).

Sofitel Singapore City Centre
Racines’ signature deep-fried frog legs with Szechuan Spice can be savoured in the comfort of home. In addition, mains such as the classic seafood laksa or a selection of gourmet bowls, including the popular Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and Norwegian Salmon Gourmet Bowl are on the takeaway menu as well. For desserts, pastries and cakes are also available for order and they include the classic croissant and house-made cakes. Self-collect your order at Racines and all orders must be made at least one hour in advance.
