Food Scoops: Steak Your Love With Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore Valentine’s Day Menu

What’s Buzzing? The New York Steakhouse at Robertson Quay has a new Valentine’s Day Menu from 5 to 14 February 2021.

What To Expect? Priced at S$328++ per couple, it includes an appetiser, soup, entree, sides and dessert. For a start, the package also includes choice of 2 Sangrias or Cold Pressed Juices.

The Appetizer is Burrata Cheese Salad where the burrata cheese is imported from Italy, served with 4 slices of crostini bread.

The next course is a Clear Chicken Soup with chunks of carrot, celery and cabbage.

For entrees, choose from the New York Striploin and Grilled King Salmon with Jumbo Crab Cake; 60 Days Ribeye; or the Porterhouse for Two. Each couple can only choose one main course to share. Each main course also come with a choice of 2 sides like Sauteed Mushrooms and Creamed Spinach.

I went of the 60 Days Ribeye done to medium-rare. This is approximately 400g, and I understand from the staff that this cut is the most flavourful and tender amongst the rest of the mains options.

For dessert, it is the Banana Split with 4 scoops of ice cream (Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana). Interestingly, the banana here is the locally inspired fried crispy banana fritters.
