Food Scoops: The Feather Blade Opens Second Outlet At East Coast With Steak & Seafood Bar

What’s Buzzing? Located at 225 East Coast Road, The Feather Blade’s new Katong outlet will feature a brand new seafood bar alongside new store-exclusive surf and turf dishes. Diners get to enjoy free steaks on 28 November from 6pm to celebrate their opening.

The interior of the East Coast outlet takes on a fun relaxed vibe with banquette seating for couples or small groups.

What To Expect? New exclusive mains which include Sandos in iterations of Steak, Swordfish Belly, and Cheesy Egg cradled between toasted Japanese milk bread.

The Feather Blade is inspired by the popular Flat Iron in London, and the resemblance is evident especially when each table is served complimentary popcorn while waiting for your food.

The East Coast outlet is also exclusive to the seafood bar, where you can expect options like Canadian Oysters from France or Shrimp Cocktail

The main menu at East Coast will still feature its signature Feather Blade Steak, where you can choose between the familiar Original/O.G. Steak (S$24) or opt for the Bincho Feather Blade Steak (S$28) glazed with tare and grilled on Binchotan.

Side dishes to go with the steak include the likes of Charred White Corn (S$8.50) with Taragon Cream Sauce, Miso Aubergine (S$7.50) topped with feta cheese and toasted cashews, and Triple-cooked Beef Fat Fries (S$7.50)

For beverages, there are cocktails or wines to go along with the food.
