Ju Xing Home 
An exciting new addition to Ngee Ann City, Ju Xing Home (聚兴家) is a new restaurant in Orchard Road from Hong Kong which is popular amongst many renowned chefs and celebrities. This is Ju Xing Home’s first overseas outlet in Singapore, where the hole-in-the-wall restaurant established since 2011 with a Michelin Bib Gourmand in Hong Kong by chef-owner Ng Kong Kiu focuses on unpretentious zi char classics. Expect Cantonese stir-fries and Sichuan flavours for the dishes here, including house signatures like Boiled Fish with Chilli Oil, Lobster with Pan-Fried Rice Vermicelli and Sweet and Sour Pork. Imbue
One of the newest restaurant additions to the buzzing Keong Saik Road, Imbue is a new modern European restaurant with refined Asian influences concept. Helmed by Chef Lee Boon Seng, Imbue is part of the 1855 F&B group (behind restaurants like Path, Restaurant Born). Wagyu X
Occupying a two-storey shophouse space along Club Street, Wagyu X by Chef Masahiro Takata is a new Japanese steakhouse restaurant concept which focuses on a new Hokkaido special Wagyu crossbreed not commonly found outside Japan. The “X” in Wagyu X stands Wagyu Cross-breed. [Read more here…]

Ilmiri Korean Fusion Cuisine
Opened at Circular Road in September, Ilmiri is a new casual Korean restaurant which is a renowned brand in Korea with over 200 franchise stores. This is Ilmiri’s first outlet in Singapore. Located at the Medical Alumni Association Clubhouse on 2 College Road, Moxie is a new modern Mediterranean restaurant by the team behind Siri House in Dempsey. Located along Mohamed Sultan Road, Takahashi restaurant is a relatively new Japanese omakase concept located along the same stretch as Esora. Takahashi Singapore is a spin-off of Sushi Takahashi in Ginza, Tokyo, and is a concept by Chef Jun Takahashi. BHC Chicken’s Second Branch Opens At Kinex Mall
Seems like successful restaurants in Singapore are all opening their second branches during this period, with BHC Chicken now frying Korean chicken in Paya Lebar. In addition to their menu, you can find lunch combo sets here at their second branch which is actually located within a food hall of supermarket chain Eccellente by HAO mart. Fun Fact, if you are wondering, BHC actually means Better & Happier Choice!
