Dew by Whitegrass
Located in Chijmes, I checked out the relatively new Dew by Whitegrass, the casual off-shoot of the Michelin starred Whitegrass restaurant. The restaurant is literally located adjacent to Whitegrass, and it exudes a casual and cosy dining vibe since the space is not that huge. Expect European small plates with an Asian twist on the menu, where the restaurant also boasts a curated selection of approximately 65 sake labels sourced directly from different prefectures in Japan. [Read more here…]

Min Jia Chinese Cuisine
A restaurant focusing on Minnan flavours, with Chef Tang Xin Bin helming the kitchen at Min Jia Chinese Cuisine having been with various hotels in Fujian, China. The relatively small restaurant which is tastefully done up, the menu will offer diners insights into the Minnan cuisine, reminding diners of similarities some dishes have with certain Singaporean local zichar dishes.

Located in the heart of Marina Bay Financial District, the newly opened Liberty Singapore from Liberty Group Hong Kong is an Asian smokehouse restaurant concept where Asian cuisine meets Southern US barbecue. The space of Liberty Singapore is contemporary with a good mix of different seating configurations to fit different dining groups. Drim Korean Steakhouse
Located at Mandarin Gallery along Orchard Road, Drim Korean Steak House is a new Korean modern Hanok Style Korean steakhouse concept. The interior of Drim restaurant is contemporary with an open concept dining setting, as well as a more private dining section away from the sight of curious onlookers in the mall. Drim offers BBQ experience during both lunch and dinner, and the good thing is that their staff help with the grilling of meats right in front of you. Butcher’s Block Introduces New Imua Tasting Menu

Michelin Bib Gourmand Indocafe Peranakan Dining Reopens

Yes, Another Tanyu Branch Opens In Singapore
Their eighth branch opened early in December in Parkway Parade, being their largest restaurant yet in Singapore. This branch also takes a focus on their young diners, with a small play area and a kids food menu. This is the latest restaurant to open in the ongoing revamp of the Parkway Parade mall, in anticipation of the opening of the new MRT station here next year in 2024.
