Hotel Review: Quincy House Singapore At One Holland Village | Chic Serviced Residence By Far East Hospitality

The Hotel Situated within the vibrant One Holland Village, I checked out the newly opened Quincy House Singapore, the first Quincy serviced residence in Singapore. There are 255 units with pet-friendly options in this Far East Hospitality property located in the heart of Holland Village.

For those driving, there is a basement car park with ample lots. The check-in lobby is located on level two, and it is designed in a living room concept which makes it quite cosy and welcoming.

Welcome “shots” were introduced to me upon check-in, along with a Holland Village guide on what to explore in the vicinity which I can imagine is useful for tourists.

The Room The property consists of Deluxe Rooms, One- and Two-Bedroom apartments options, where I checked into the entry level Deluxe Room. It is a compact size at 247sqft – 249sqft with a straightforward room design with floor to ceiling window so you do get ample natural light in the day.

There are also charging points on both sides of the bed which is great. The mattress of the bed is also quite hard to my liking.

There is a small portable table which is just enough to hold a laptop in case you need to catch up on work.

Since the room size is quite compact, some storage compartments are built-in to the wall which is efficient.

The bathroom comes with a spacious standing shower zone and Kevin Murphy bath amenities, along with automated Japanese technology for the toilet bowl.

The Facilities At the lobby is The Living Room where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks. There is also a communal table with power points for those who need to work.

On level one is The Fitness Room which is 24-hours. It comes with a decent range of equipment and machines, and I like the fact that it is surrounded by floor to ceiling window panes and it overlooks the dog park at One Holland Village.

There is also The Laundry Room, a self-service launderette equipped with washers and dryers.

On level seven, there is a decent size outdoor pool and a barbecue pit area.

The Restaurants There is no on-site restaurant in the property, but not much of an issue since it is directly linked to One Holland Village which has no lack of dining options. In terms of dining at One Holland Village, there are the likes of Ginkyo By Kinki, Fireplace by Bedrock, pet-friendly cafe Plain Meredith, the viral Japanese Warabimochi Kamakura, and more.

Rants The entry level Deluxe Room is quite small, so you might want to consider booking one category upwards especially if you have a young kid.

Overall Experience A good option to consider staying if you want to explore Holland Village, given that Quincy House Singapore is directly linked to One Holland Village and is a mere few minutes’ walk from Holland Village MRT Station on the Circle Line. While there is no in-house dining concept, you will be spoilt given that it is surrounded by restaurants and cafes.
