The Place Tucked away at the far end of the island within W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, The Kitchen Table offers a stark contrast to the usual city hotels. It is a relaxed vibe for sure, given its location at the far flung of Singapore, where you get floor-to-ceiling windows which flood the spacious dining room with natural light. The table beside the windows also offers views of the luxury yachts berthed at Sentosa Cove.  

In terms of the seating space, the buffet spans across the space of The Kitchen Table and Skirt. 

And the best part? You get complimentary access to the wet deck on Sundays from 3pm to 7pm after your brunch buffet. 

The Food The Sunday Brunch buffet at The Kitchen Table features everything from raw seafood bar to wood-fired cuts from S$138++ per person which includes free-flow coffee, tea, soft drinks, mocktails and juices.

Seafood on Ice: The definitive highlight of any good oSunday brunch. The freshly shucked Coffin Bay and Tasmanian oysters are plump, and briny. Other seafood to expect include snow crab, prawn, lobster, scallop on the shell and green mussel. 

The Live Grill Station: For meat lovers, the highlight for me is the grill selections from the parrilla grill which is located where Skirt restaurant is. You can expect premium cuts like Sanchoku wagyu beef, parmesan sausage, lamb T bone, bone marrow, and pork belly.  

Other than that, there are also selections like local Singaporean-style noodles, freshly sliced Japanese sashimi, cold cuts, salad, Cantonese BBQ, cheeses and more.

Desserts: Sweets are presented in a wide array of colours and variety – exquisitely plated pastries, decadent chocolate creations, and gelatos are just some of the sweet treats.  

Rants While the marina views are lovely, the outdoor terrace seats can get uncomfortably warm during peak afternoon hours. The price point is also on the steeper end. 

Will I Return Again? If you are looking for a relaxing Sunday brunch retreat, this is one to consider. The plus point if you enjoy a splashing good time is definitely the complimentary access to the wet deck from 3pm to 7pm.
