Keyaki, Pan Pacific Singapore

From 12 August to 19 September 2016, the popular annual Wagyu Beef promotion returns to Keyaki with a focus on Iga Wagyu Beef, one of the dishes that was believed to be consumed by the infamous Ninja warriors during wartime in the Iga region. Majority of the Iga Wagyu beef produced is consumed in the local area and not easily available outside of Iga city. Pan Pacific Singapore is the first dining establishment in Singapore to bring in this delicacy as part of Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii’s philosophy of regularly showcasing produce and Japanese beef that have not been introduced to the Singapore market yet.

10 at Claymore, Pan Pacific Orchard

For buffet lovers, 10 at Claymore at Pan Pacific Orchard is featuring the Omi Wagyu Beef from Japan this August and September. Each diner will have a choice of having the Omi Wagyu Beef either the grilled or shabu-shabu styles, limited to once per diner. We prefer having it the shabu-shabu style as we could taste the intense marbling of the beef better, which was also served alongside with sesame and ponzu sauces. In addition to the Omi Wagyu Beef specials, you will also get to enjoy the rest of the International cuisine at the buffet line.
