Food Scoops: Michelin-Starred Restaurant table65 Introduces New Autumn Menu

What’s Buzzing? The One-Michelin starred restaurant in Resorts World Sentosa returns with a new Autumn menu this season with a dimension of deeper and smokier flavours into its gastronomic repertoire, while continuing its modern European flair in French and Dutch flavours with a Japanese twist.

What To Expect? Some of the exquisite dishes on the new Autumn menu include the likes of Coral trout baked on pits and seeds with jus of Japanese leek cooked in hay; Crispy Iberico pork jowl with picked girolles, bacon jam and walnut miso; BBQ lobster with crispy shrimp potato, vin jaune and bacon; and Taïnori 64, Dominican chocolate with sea buckthorn and marigold flowers.

For desert, table65’s new signature dessert is the Taïnori 64, an elegantly plated golden chocolate leaf made from 64% cacao from Dominican Republic, sea buckthorn and marigold flowers, offering fruity and floral notes to its rich and complex chocolate flavour. Deftly handcrafted using the mold of a real frozen leaf, it is like an edible work of art.

The new Autumn menu is available for 4-Course Set Dinner (S$118++) or 5-Course Set Dinner (S$148++) from Tuesdays to Saturdays. table65 is open for dinner from Tuesdays to Saturdays with the first seating at 6.00pm and the second seating at 8.30pm.
