To celebrate the annual Dragon Boat Festival, Jiang-Nan Chun at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has launched its home-made glutinous rice dumplings by Chinese Executive Chef Alan Chan and his team.

The steamed glutinous rice dumplings includes the following sweet and savoury selections: 

Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Abalone, Mushrooms, Lotus Seeds, Chestnut, Dried Scallop, Roasted Pork Belly, Green Beans and Salted Egg Yolk (四季鲍鱼粿蒸粽) 
Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Morel Mushrooms, Lotus Seeds, Chestnut, Green Beans, Fig, Wolfberry and Ham (养生羊肚菌咸腿粽)

Hai Tien Lo, Pan Pacific Singapore

Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pacific Singapore has launched five classic rice dumplings by Master Chef Lai Tong Ping with a modern touch.

The Traditional Cantonese Rice Dumpling marries the flavours and textures of premium ingredients including Dried Oysters, Japanese Mushroom and succulent Pork Belly, Salted Egg Yolk and Premium Thailand Glutinous Rice.

The newly created Classic Dumpling with Pork Belly, Dried Scallops and Abalone Sauce is enhanced with aromatic Abalone Sauce to compliment the Dried Scallops and Pork Belly.  The Sweet Potato Dumpling with Black Bean Paste presents a smooth and fragrant black bean paste encased in a golden pillow of premium glutinous rice infused with sweet potato.

If you are looking to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival with some good dumplings, TAO Seafood Asia has launched its first ever TAO Yaowarat Abalone and Conpoy dumpling with Thai-Teochew Green Chilli Sauce. Using high quality ingredients, the dumplings are prepared with premium whole 10-head abalones from Australia and dried conpoys from Japan. Cooked with TAO’s noble soup, the result is a tender and juicy braised pork belly, mushrooms and white pepper. I would strongly recommend having it with the homemade Thai-Teochew Green Chilli Sauce as well for the added spicy kick.
