Has it been a year? The fourth edition of Michelin Guide Singapore returns with their take on Singapore’s best restaurants and food establishments, and this is also usually the time for locals with alternative views to voice their opinions on which are the best restaurants and hawker stalls in this sunny island.

With a total of 53 stars award to 44 restaurants in Singapore, including 8 newly awarded Michelin-starred restaurants, a further 58 establishments were given the honour of the Bib Gourmand distinctions. As with last year, this may not be a happy occasion for all, with restaurants losing their coveted stars and Bib Gourmand distinctions.
