The seventh edition of Michelin Guide Singapore returns in 2023 with their take on Singapore’s best restaurants and food establishments, and this is also usually the time for locals with alternative views to voice their opinions on which are the best restaurants and hawker stalls in this sunny island.

In total, the Michelin Guide Singapore 2023 selection includes:

• 6 restaurants with 2 Michelin Stars  
• 46 restaurants with 1 Michelin Star (including 5 new) 
• 79 Bib Gourmand establishments (including 17 new and 2 promoted)

The Michelin Guide Singapore 2023 also sees its first-ever Michelin Green Star awarded to newly minted one Michelin Starred restaurant, Seroja.
