Food Review: Koh Grill & Sushi Bar | Shoik sushi in Orchard Road

The Place Nestled in the midst of the Food Republic Food Court at Wisma Atrium, this not-so-hidden jem is truly a must try! The long queue, fast-paced and slightly expensive pricing have not seemed to deter food lovers from patronizing Koh Grill & Sushi Bar. Seemed like Orchard Road have becoming a hotspot not just for shopping, but it is quickly gaining its reputation as the food hub of this little red dot. From other Japanese eateries (The Sushi Bar & Uma Uma Ramen), to the latest Aussie-inspired Coffee joints (The Providore, Wild Honey & places to la-Kopi) to American Burger feast (Charlie & Co.), we wonder what’s next to surprise us in Orchard?!The Food Well, if you visit Koh Grill next, just order anything that has the word “Shiok” on it. Warn you, it is more than just a gimmick! Both the Shiok!!! Maki ($16.80) and the Shiok! 2nd Maki ($16.80) were indeed SHIOK! By the way, the exclamation marks are not editorial insertions, it is how shiok Koh Grill wants you to feel after biting into one of their signature maki!
Rants Food was great, Service was impressive, Price was reasonable (considering the quality) and the environment, despite the busy vibe, actually gives Koh Grill its character. For once, I must admit tRP has nothing to rant on!
