Casa Restaurant by Remy Lefebvre  
Located at CHIJMES, Casa Restaurant by Remy Lefebvre is a contemporary woodfire gastronomic restaurant. A hallmark of Remy’s cuisine is the focus given to seafood and vegetables, with a meat served daily on the bone. For lunch and dinner, Casa offers the 4-course Discovery menu for $118; the 6-course Experience menu for $198; and the Carte Blanche with 8-courses for $258. A selection of 16 dishes divided into four key sections are available for guests to choose from to create each menu. For lunch time only, the restaurant offers an executive menu, called ‘Trust Me’ – a 3-course at $88. All the above menus are presented with snacks and petit fours.

Firangi Superstar  
A love letter to India, Firangi Superstar presents a cinematic journey from the moment you step into the restaurant. Four rooms await: the Officer’s Club, Old Railway Room, Elephant Palace, and Jungle Lodge – all curated to look like film sets. In the kitchen, Head Chef Thiru Gunasakaran reworks classic Indian dishes with a unique eye and modern approach. The menu at Firangi Superstar takes a modern approach to classic flavours, designed to take guests on a journey through India. Menu sections consist of Chutneys and Raitas, Small and Large plates, Sides, Rice & Bread, and Desserts. NAE:UM 
Located in a shophouse in Telok Ayer, NAE:UM is the inaugural restaurant of Chef Louis Han (previously Head Chef at the now-defunct Kimme). The 28-seat restaurant boasts a minimalist-inspired aesthetic, with a variety of seating – banquette, table and counter – offer group-size versatility and different views of the restaurant. Inspired by nostalgia for Chef Louis’s native Korea and his global sensibilities, Chef Louis introduces ‘contemporary Seoul cuisine’ where the menus are episodic, each showcasing a different food story or inspiration in Chef Louis’s personal journey. Episode one features the chef’s favourite ingredients; Designed so that diners get to pick how many courses they want to enjoy, the dinner menu starts from 5 courses at $148++ with supplementary dishes as add-ons.

Fukui 
Located within a shophouse along Mohamed Sultan Road, Fukui is amongst the newest Japanese Omakase restaurant to open in Singapore. Only Omakase meals are served at Fukui with lunch starting from S$88 and dinner from S$188. For lunch, you can choose from 4 set options, with Mizu (S$88) being a six-course option starting with appetiser, sashimi, grilled dish, mini Bara Chirashi, soup and ending with a dessert. The highest priced Taiyo and Tsuki (S$138) are both 7-course omakase meals with an additional chef’s recommended dish. [Read more here…]

Drunker Farmer 
A new concept by the Spa Esprit Group along Stanley Street, Drunker Farmer is a wine bar and bistro that takes over the space of Common Man Stan on every Tuesday to Saturday from evenings. The wine bar concept is big here as there are over 80 natural, organic, biodynamic and sustainably-farmed labels. That said, the food menu is not shabby even if you aren’t a heavy wine drinker. It is a sourdough-focused menu with each dish handcrafted with slow-fermented ingredients sourced from close to home and made entirely from scratch by chef de cuisine Paul Albert.  [Read more here…]

Wen Kang Ji Wanton Noodle 
Located at the basement corner of Golden Mile Food Centre is Wen Kang Ji Wanton Noodle (文康記), a few months old stall in the popular Army Market Hawker Centre.  For the Jumbo size, it is a generous portion of Char Siew. You get that slightly burnt edges, and a good balance of lean meat and fat ratio. The glistening Char Siew is to-drool-for. [Read more here…]

Tapas,24  
One of Barcelona’s most beloved restaurants, helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Carles Abellán — has landed on Singapore’s shores. Located in Robertson Quay, Tapas,24 Singapore kitchen is helmed by Chef Carolina Garcia Santamaria, who has over a decade of experience creating exceptional Spanish cuisine and is a protégé of Chef Carles Abellán himself. Staying true to the original concept, the menu focuses on traditional tapas with a twist, in a fun and unfussy dining ambience. [Read more here…]

Yen Social  
As a yakiniku and dry-aged beef specialist, Yen Social offers an extensive range of hand-selected meat cuts grilled to precision, in a plush yet relaxed dining setting. By the same team behind YEN Yakiniku, the only Michelin-recommended yakiniku restaurant in Singapore, the menu highlights include curated sharing platters, with cuts like in-house whisky dry-aged wagyu ribeye, as well as specialty cuts such as ox tongue and wagyu intercoastal (rib finger) cubes. [Read more here…]
